Directory WILL NOT be responsible, nor held liable for, business dealings with or your correspondence , or participation in promotions of, Advertisers found on or through the Directory website, including delivery and payment of related goods or services, and any other warranties, conditions, terms, or representations associated with such dealings. These dealings are solely between you and such Advertiser.
